Lantern is deploying machine vision and artificial intelligence solutions at the device level to bring disruptive products to market.

Lantern LLC, located in Northern Virginia’s “Technology Corridor,” was founded in December of 2017. Lantern collaborates with organizations to develop new technologies and innovative solutions. Each of the three founders has a background in science, sensing, and safety-critical systems. Lantern was formed based on the unifying pursuit of saving lives and preventing injury through technology.

Lantern is made up of innovators, designers, and developers.

We have expertise in artificial intelligence, machine vision, extreme high-speed optical sensing, LiDAR, autonomous navigation, and safety-critical systems. We work at the device level using practical applications of artificial intelligence and innovative optical sensor design. As practitioners of deep learning and artificial intelligence, Lantern serves medical, automotive, industrial, and commercial industries.
